We first met Rod Hahlo of New Perspective NLP at a networking event in Bolton. The early morning sessions were made all the more interesting hearing Rod talk about how Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a study of what we do in our heads when we create success.
There’s a substantial amount of crossover with our work in User Experience – considering the psychology of how users interact with websites and systems, and the various cues that underpin these interactions. When Rod mentioned he might want a new website for New Perspective NLP, we knew we wanted to work on the project.
The previous website showcased the company and services at a basic level, but had some noticeable User Experience (UX) and design weaknesses, and was difficult for Rod to update and maintain.
Our new site built upon the existing brand, introducing complimentary motifs and making it easier for users to understand the service offering, the benefits of different options (training courses or one-to-one mentoring) and to take appropriate action.
We refactored regularly updated content such as specific courses, news updates and testimonials to use dynamic content, allowing easier updates, sorting, categorisation and filtering of information.
Site Design & Build
We delivered a fresh, modern, fully responsive website for New Perspective NLP. It adapts beautifully to desktops, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring users have a consistent experience regardless of device.

The site features:
Service Pages
Dedicated pages for Training and Coaching clearly outline the range of services. Each page contains detailed information about the service along with course outlines and links to book upcoming sessions.

Accreditations Showcase
The site displays ABNLP and ABH accreditation seals prominently, reinforcing credibility and professionalism. Hovering or tapping on each seal reveals more details on the accreditation, saving space and reducing clutter.
Testimonials
The Successes section features written reviews which are pulled into relevant sections throughout the site. In addition, there is a dedicated Successes page in the site featuring written reviews and embedded youtube video testimonials.

Resources with Filtering
The Resources section acts as a knowledge base to house articles and videos on the topic of NLP. Users can click on simple filters on top of the page to find resources.

FAQs Section
The FAQs page addresses common user questions in clear, human‑friendly language. This helps site visitors quickly find answers about training, coaching, accreditation, and NLP in general. FAQ schema is used to reinforce to search engines.

Google Calendar Booking
A seamless booking system using Google Calendar, letting users schedule consultations or training sessions with Rod directly from the site. No more back-and-forth over meeting bookings.

Events System
The site’s events system allows new events to be published easily, and for the next upcoming sessions to be promoted, always at the top of the events page and on the homepage. When an event passes, the site automatically updates to the next event, keeping the content always-relevant.

Messaging & Lead Magnet
An easily-updated site‑wide message bar above the header invites visitors to access a free NLP taster workshop video. In exchange for their email address, users gain access to exclusive content, while Rod begins nurturing valuable leads and guiding them toward becoming clients.

After some testing, the site was launched, seamlessly replacing the existing site with no discernible downtime. We’re grateful for Rod’s kind feedback, and look forward to continuing to support New Perspective NLP in their digital journey.
Whether you are familiar with NLP or totally new, we recommend visiting the website and connecting with Rod – he is passionate about creating change in people so they can connect to who they really are, and always says that anything is possible when you release your potential.
