Thanks for following our festive link! We hope you enjoy receiving our annual Christmas card. Larry makes everyone sign our cards by hand in a painstaking effort to keep things as individual and personable as possible, despite the obvious alternatives.
It’s a great opportunity to touch base with our clients, wish you the best for the holiday period, and (if we haven’t spoken recently) let you know what we’ve been up to this year!
Aside from delivering dozens of cool website projects over the course of the year for new and returning clients alike, we’ve taken the time to refine our service offering:
Our offering has evolved to include optional maintenance packages to keep your site up-to-date and secure.
We're doubling down on creating Accessible websites to different standards, including WCAG and EAA.
We're focusing on what we do exceptionally well. For everything else, we'd love you to meet our partners.
We’re delighted to have been recognised for our work in 2025:
This year, we’re happy to have welcomed Drishya Bhattarai to the team.
A Junior User Experience Designer, Drishya has a Master’s in UX design and has bolstered our User Experience offering. Some of you may have worked on projects with her this year already.
Ethical Pixels’ approach to growth is founded on a steady and sustainable mindset, which means we want our team to learn and champion the ethos we apply to all projects.
We officially became a real Living Wage Employer in 2025. It’s become clear from the cost of living crisis that the government’s “living wage” isn’t enough to live on.
By ensuring that every member of our team receives at least a fair wage that reflects the real cost of living, we’re not just talking about ethical business – we’re living it.
Becoming a Living Wage Employer is a natural extension of our commitment to fairness, integrity, and accountability.

Web designers should have a site that reflects their best work. So, alongside creating for other people, we gave our own website a fresh look and feel.
Over the years, we developed internal tools to make this process easier for our team and our clients. Agency Turbo was born out of necessity; to streamline our process, improve site builds, and ultimately make WordPress a more user-friendly platform – not just for end users, but for our clients too.
In 2025, we released this powerful tool for other agencies to use, to replace multiple common plugins with only the light and performant code you need.
