Your domain is the foundation all your other digital services rely on: your website, email, CRM and more. We look after it so your email lands, your sites stay up, and nothing expires by accident.
We’re trusted by businesses and IT providers (including PLC-listed IT firms) to manage DNS for them and their customers.
What we look after
DNS is one of those things a lot of people forget about until something goes wrong. It’s set up once, changed occasionally, and often understood by one person who may no longer be around.
That’s what makes it risky. A single mistyped record can take email offline, break a website, or leave a gap that lets someone send email pretending to be you.
Domains lapse because renewal notices go to an old inbox, or records pile up for services nobody uses any more.
DNS changes are high-stakes but low-frequency, so it can seem confusing or opaque, and it rarely gets the care it deserves. That’s where we come in.

How it works
1. Health check
We review your domains, DNS records and email authentication, and send you a clear, plain-English report on what's working, what's at risk and what we'd fix first.
2. Fix and migrate Architecture
We resolve the urgent issues and, if you'd like us to manage things going forward, move your DNS and domains across with careful planning so there's no downtime.
3. Ongoing management
We handle changes, renewals and monitoring from then on, and keep a full inventory of your domains and records so nothing is ever a mystery again.

Who it's for
Businesses
You want your website and email to just work, and someone accountable when they don’t. We explain things in plain English and never make changes without telling you.
IT providers and internal IT teams
DNS is a specialism, and it’s often the job nobody on the team wants to own. Hand it to us. We work alongside your team, follow your change processes, and can work on a partner basis for your clients.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we keep ownership of our domains?
Yes, always. Not to mention we don’t have to manage registration or renewal of your domain in order to manage your DNS.
Domains stay registered to you, and we manage them on your behalf. You can take them elsewhere at any time.
We can also provide an optional layer of privacy protection if you’d rather not have any sensitive details on record.
Will changing DNS cause downtime?
Not if it’s planned properly. One of the big myths of switching DNS is that it comes with unavoidable downtime. We copy and verify every record before switching and adjust timings in advance so the change is seamless.
We already have an IT provider. Can you work with them?
Absolutely. Some of our clients are IT providers, and we’re used to liaising with third party IT companies to make changes smoothly. We’re happy to work alongside your existing support and work alongside their processes – we do it for everyone from sole traders to publicly-listed IT firms.
What happens if we decide to leave?
You get a full export of your records and documentation, and we’ll help with the handover. We don’t like lock-ins and want clients to stay with us because they want to, not because they have to.
Our email keeps going to spam. Can you help?
Very often, yes. Missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM and DMARC are among the most common causes. A domain health check will give us a quick idea of any potential issues and help us plan .
Do we need all of this?
It depends! Every setup is different, and a health check can tell us what is most important for your organisation.
Do you white label?
We’re open to discussing options. Most of our projects see to work better when everyone involved knows who we are, but if your operational model necessitates a degree of distance from a client, we may be able to facilitate this. The best thing to do is ask us directly.
