We met the lovely folks at Antony Batty & Co (ABc) through our partnership with C H Marketing (led by Craig Holden), who are the retained marketing consultants for ABc. The old Antony Batty website, which dated back to 2017, although relatively functional, simply no longer reflected their modern approach and position at the cutting edge of Insolvency Advice & Business Turnaround solutions.

Working closely with Craig, who was the overall project manager and provided the written brief (approved by Elaine Wilkins at ABc) along with content strengthening and SEO, we were tasked, over an extended period, with coming up with a bold and modern vision for a new Antony Batty website that would stand out from the legal industry’s traditionally generic offering, but that would retain enough familiarity and professionalism that it could be usable and familiar to new prospects.

We presented a number of options and were pleasantly surprised that everyone involved seemed game for the more minimalist and radical design option.

Unlike some companies, Antony Batty are there for people when it isn’t Business as Usual – dealign with everything from company turnaround to closing your company. As such, there’s a balance to be struck with users between making a potentially difficult call, and the relief that business owners can feel when dealing with the right people, even in times of stress.

The Antony Batty website aims to address this through thoughtful interfaces and meaningful content:

Dynamic Homepage

A modern, fully responsive website design that reflects new Antony Batty branding. The homepage is both minimal but incorporates a lot of critical information, such as recent notices and Google Review ratings.

Minimalist Navigation

The primary navigation is folded into an easily accessible drawer that contains the complete site structure, as well as supplementary options. We avoid overloading the user or cluttering the page with options.

Smart call Options

The site knows whether the user is browsing with a specific location intent, or a generic one, and adapts the contact options accordingly.

Staff Biographies

Each qualified member of staff and their achievements is represented with our extensible team system, allowing users to get to know the team before they meet.

Case Studies

It’s much easier to make the decision to get in touch when you know what a firm can do, and you can see the results they’ve been able to achieve before. Our extensible case studies support this narrative.

Testimonials

Google Reviews are very important to the business, so we integrated client testimonials from the service as a dynamic content piece that can be called as a relevant quote on service and office location pages.

Dynamic Location Pages

Locations and offices can be added easily as the firm expands, with the header dynamically updating to show the relevant phone number when browsing a specific location.

Careers Area

As with any company doing well, the firm wants to advertise why it is a great place to work, but also take control of the hiring experience. Any new roles can be posted and applied for directly on the site.

Custom Search Parameters

The Antony Batty site is quite large and necessarily complex, so we provide a customised search feature that loads only the useful information and prioritises information about the staff.

Client Login Routes

The firm has used a variety of creditor portal solutions due to various changes, acquisitions and partnerships, so we had to make it clear how creditors can access this critical information.

We had a great time working with Antony Batty & Co, Craig and our partners. We’re delighted that they’re happy with the results. If you own a company that you’re thinking about closing down, you might want to speak to Antony Batty & Co – they won’t just help you go through the motions, they’ll help you evaluate all your options and present company rescue strategies if it’s appropriate.

"It has been a pleasure to work with Larry and the team at Ethical Pixels. They have a superb technical knowledge and a great creative vision of your finished website. You will not be disappointed putting your trust in them."
