"We are thrilled to be the 35th Preston-based business to become accredited as a real Living Wage employer, reaffirming our commitment to ethical business practices and the fair treatment of our team. By making use of the flexible and reasonably priced co-working facilities provided by Society1 in Preston has reduced overheads and made us more able as a business to commit to initiatives like the Living Wage."

Local accredited employers have worked hard to get Preston officially recognised as a Living Wage city, and have come together to create a cross-sectoral local action group and a 3-year plan to make the real Living Wage the norm in Preston.

Paying a real Living Wage isn’t just the right thing to do, it improves staff well-being, retention, and morale while promoting a positive workplace culture. It also signals to clients and partners that the business is committed to fairness and ethical practices. If you feel like we do that doing business with organisations that pay a real Living Wage is important, both locally and beyond, you can discover accredited businesses in your area using the Living Wage Foundation’s directory.
